cobra recruitment poster/propaganda competition.
I was thinking about what to do for this. This is actually reminiscient of Hitler who also got Time magazine man of the year in 1938 (if I'm not wrong).

There is always 2013, 14 , 15 ... awesome job. I actually like that you put the Time after Cobra Commander. Yes I think I know the reason but ... I think they only put the Time after the head of Poetin as I can recall. Steve Jobs, Barrack Obama (you name it) had Time printed on his forhead.

Hi... yeah! It's you haha. Hope you don't mind. It would be more convincing if it was from a cosplayer rather than looking like a cartoon/comic since its supposed to mimic the real TIME mag. Browsed google images and found this pic of you. Glad you like it!
